Hertinib contains Neratinib 40mg as Neratinib Maleate INN, making each pill 80mg total. Patients with early-stage breast cancer may benefit from hertinib 40 mg. It is effective as a monotherapy for patients with early-stage breast cancer. Hertinib 40 mg is also recommended for patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

Dosage

Hertinib 40 mg should be taken orally, at a dosage of six tablets per day with food, until disease progression. Put the capsules in your mouth and drink the water.

Side Effects

Hertinib 40 mg is associated with gastrointestinal distress and liver damage. It’s possible that additional antidiarrheal medications will be needed to control diarrhea.

Storage

Hertinib 40mg should be kept in a cool (below 30 degrees Celsius), dark, and dry place that is out of the reach of children.
