Pharmacokinetic data from healthy volunteers who took a single dose of 40 mg show that more than 90% of the dose should be gone within 24 hours. If a person takes too much medicine, they should be watched for signs and symptoms of bad reactions. When a patient has a bad reaction, they should get the right care.
