About Rutinib 5 Mg
Ruxolitinib 5 mg as Ruxolitinib Phosphate INN is in each tablet. Ruxolitinib is a kinase inhibitor that stops Janus Associated Kinases from doing their job. Rutinib 5mg is used to treat high-risk Myelofibrosis, primary Myelofibrosis, and post-polycythemia vera. Myelofibrosis and post-essential thrombocythemia Polycythemia Vera and Myelofibrosis.
Dosage
Based on their platelet counts, people with Myelofibrosis should take one, three, or even four tablets of Rutinib 5 mg by mouth every day. Patients with Polycythemia Vera should start by taking two tablets every day.
Side Effects
- Thrombocytopenia.
- Anaemia.
- Neutropenia.
- Risk of infection.
- Bruising.
- Dizziness, and headaches.
Storage
Rutinib 5 mg should be kept in a cool, dry, clean place that is out of the reach of children and away from direct sunlight.
