About Rizonib 250 Mg
Crizotinib INN 250mg is contained in each capsule. Crizotinib is a receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Rizonib 250mg is approved for the treatment of patients with metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) with Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) positivity and patients with metastatic NSCLC with ROS1 positivity.
Dosage
Rizonib 250mg is recommended to be taken orally twice daily, with or without food. With water, swallow the capsule whole. The capsule should not be opened, broken, or chewed. Rizonib 250mg should be taken at the same time every day.
Side Effects
- Hepatotoxicity.
- Interstitial Lung Disease.
- QT Interval Prolongation.
- Bradycardia, and Severe Visual Loss.
Storage
Rizonib 250mg should be stored below 30°C in a dry and clean place, away from sunlight, and out of children’s reach.
