Each tablet contains Afatinib 40mg as Afatinib Dimaleate INN. The producer and distributor of this medicine is Drug International Ltd. This drug is primarily used to treat lung cancer. Patients with advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer may benefit greatly from its use. It has been determined that Anib 40mg is appropriate for patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors contain epidermal growth factor receptor exon-19 or exon-21. Patients with tumors that have other types of epidermal growth factor receptors, however, should not take this medication.
Dosage
Anib 40 mg once daily is the suggested dosage. It is recommended to take this orally until the progression of the disease.
