About Acalanib 100 Mg
Acalabrutinib (INN) 100mg is the active ingredient in each Acalanib tablet. The producer of this medicine is Drug International Pharma. The BTK inhibitor acalabrutinib works by blocking the enzyme’s small-molecule activation. BCR (B-cell antigen receptor) signalling and cytokine receptor signalling both involve BTK. There are 60 tablets of Acalanib 100mg in each bottle. Patients over the age of 18 with Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL), Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL), or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) may benefit from acalanib 100 mg (SLL). This treatment option is only recommended after patients with MCL have tried at least one other therapy first.
