Each capsule of Palcigen 125mg contains Palbociclib INN 125mg. Palbociclib is an inhibitor of Cyclin-dependent kinases (CDK) 4 and 6. General Pharmaceuticals LTD is the manufacturer of Palcigen 125mg. Each box of Palcigen 125mg contains 21 capsules.
Dosage
Recommended dosage of Palcigen 125mg is one tablet orally once daily for 21 consecutive days. It should be taken with food. Patients should be encouraged to take their dose of Palcigen 125mg at approximately the same time each day. Whole capsule should be swallowed with water and the capsule should not be chewed or crushed. Or, as directed by the registered physician.

Storage
