About Parib 150 Mg
In each Parib 150mg tablet, there is one Olaparib INN 150 mg capsule. Patients with BRCA-mutated or gBRCA-mutated advanced ovarian cancer, recurrent ovarian cancer, or metastatic breast cancer are treated with Parib 150 mg. After 3 or more lines of chemotherapy, Parib 150mg is given to people with advanced gBRCA-mutated ovarian cancer.
Dosage
Four tablets of Parib 150mg should be taken by mouth every day, with or without food. You should take 150 mg of Parib every day around the same time. To get the most out of this medicine, take it exactly as your doctor tells you to. If a person takes too much medicine, they should be watched for signs and symptoms of bad reactions.
Side Effects
- Pneumonitis.
- Myelodysplastic Syndrome.
- Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.
Storage
Parib 150mg should be kept in a cool, dry, clean place that is out of the reach of children and away from direct sunlight.
