About Lotenib 100 Mg

Lotenib 100mg tablets are formulated with 100 mg of Larotrectinib INN. The tropomyosin receptor kinases are blocked by larotrectinib. Metastatic tumours, solid tumours harbouring a neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinase gene fusion, and tumours for which no other treatment options exist are all conditions for which lotenib (100 mg) is approved.

Dosage

Two 100mg tablets of Lotenib should be taken once daily, with or without food, for the duration of treatment. Lotenib 100 mg should be taken once daily, around the same time.

Side Effects

• Neurotoxicity.
• Hepatotoxicity.

Storage

Lotenib should be kept in a cool (below 30 degrees Celsius), dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
