Each capsule of Larogen 25mg contains Larotrectinib Sulfate INN equivalent to Larotrectinib 25mg. Larotrectinib is an inhibitor of the tropomyosin receptor kinases (TRK). Each box of Larogen 25mg contains 30 capsules. General Pharmaceutical LTD is the manufacturer of Larogen 25mg.
Dosage
Recommended dosage of Larogen 25mg is one capsule orally twice daily, with or without food until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Whole capsule should be swallowed with water and the capsule should not be chewed or crushed. Or, as directed by the registered physician.
