Each capsule of Larogen 100mg contains Larotrectinib Sulfate INN equivalent to Larotrectinib 100mg. Larotrectinib is an inhibitor of the tropomyosin receptor kinases (TRK). Each box of Larogen 100mg contains 30 capsules. General Pharmaceutical LTD is the manufacturer of Larogen 100mg.
Dosage
Recommended dosage of Larogen 100mg is one capsule orally twice daily, with or without food until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Whole capsule should be swallowed with water and the capsule should not be chewed or crushed. Or, as directed by the registered physician.
