Description
LuciDarax 100mg is a prescription tablet containing daraxonrasib, a targeted oral medicine for adults with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Daraxonrasib is a RAS(ON) multi selective inhibitor, a newer class of cancer medicine that blocks the RAS proteins driving tumor growth. It must be used under the supervision of a qualified oncologist.
What Is LuciDarax 100mg Used For?
Daraxonrasib is used for metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma in adults. In the United States, the FDA approved daraxonrasib (sold as Rasonque) on August 26, 2026 for patients whose cancer has progressed after at least one earlier systemic therapy, or who cannot receive multi drug treatment. Your oncologist decides whether it suits your situation.
How Does Daraxonrasib Work?
Mutated RAS proteins drive most pancreatic cancers. Daraxonrasib binds a protein called cyclophilin A, and this complex then attaches to RAS in its active (ON) state and blocks the growth signals it sends. It is designed to cover several common RAS mutations, including G12, G13 and Q61 variants, rather than a single one.
Clinical Results: What the RASolute 302 Trial Found
The phase 3 RASolute 302 trial compared daraxonrasib with standard chemotherapy in 500 previously treated adults.
| Measure | Daraxonrasib | Chemotherapy |
|---|---|---|
| Median overall survival | 13.2 months | 6.7 months |
| Median progression free survival | 7.2 months | 3.6 months |
| Overall response rate | 30% | 11% |
